Hi, I’m Grant. I’m a local lender based in Nashville, originally from Atlanta. Before this, I spent years selling technology to mortgage companies and meeting with hundreds of industry leaders. Most of them were focused on profits. One stood out: Rich Weidel, CEO of Princeton Mortgage. He genuinely cared about consumers and his team. That conversation pushed me to make a change and work directly with people instead of behind the scenes.

Now, I help homebuyers and homeowners navigate one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll ever make. Whether you’re buying your first home, refinancing, or investing, I’m here to explain the numbers clearly and help you make confident choices. I work with clients across the country, and I stay involved from start to finish to make sure everything goes smoothly.

You might have found me through social media, where I break down real mortgage questions in simple terms. I believe the mortgage process shouldn’t feel overwhelming or filled with fine print.
